On Monday March 14 our HBF Run For A Reason 10 week course kicks off. Join Perth's friendliest run group & let us prepare you for the 12km or 21km event on Sunday May 22.
WHAT YOU GET
WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER RUN GROUPS?
We specialise in helping the absolute beginner to get fit & achieve a level of fitness they may have thought impossible.
Our members are a supportive bunch & our coaches are all recreational runners with an arsenal of knowledge when it comes to running technique, exercise physiology, injury prevention, diet & much more.
We treat everyone as an individual taking time in getting to know you, your background, current fitness level, capabilities & goals. We do this by keeping our group sizes small.
You don't need to come to all the sessions. Each individual will be guided as to how many sessions to do depending on their current fitness level. If you are going to miss a session, no problem, just contact us and we can let you know what to do in your own time.
