Yes - this course caters for the absolute beginner who can't even run the length of their driveway.
We teach you how to run with correct technique and take you through a carefully guided program to ease you into running.
Not only will we hold run sessions, you are invited to attend an information session where you will hear from one of Perth's leading physios on how to stay injury free, what to expect from your body throughout the course, recovery & strengthening. The Athlete's Foot (Claremont & Karrinyup) will also be on hand to discuss footwear.
Our course is delivered by an all female team who are all tertiary qualified. Our coaches care about each and every participant & are just all round nice chicks.
