Join us for our second Learn to Run Course for 2020.
Never run before, have had a long hiatus from running or trying to get back into shape after
having a baby? We have the course for you!
Yes - this course caters for the absolute beginner who can't even run the length of their driveway.
We teach you how to run with correct technique and take you through a carefully guided program to ease you into running.
You don't need to attend all 4 sessions per week to stay on track. If you are unsure how many sessions would suit your current fitness level, feel free to email Coach Tina and see what she recommends.
Our course is delivered by an all female team who are all tertiary qualified. Our coaches care about each and every participant & are just all round nice chicks.
