We offer small group recreational run and gym sessions for adults. These sessions cater for those looking to run for fitness or maybe tick a race or race distance off their bucket list. Sessions are inclusive, supportive and tailored to all fitness levels.
We offer a monthly membership for those who’d like to attend regularly, or a flexible casual option if you prefer to drop in.
