We tailor each session so no one is made to feel like the group
is waiting for them.
No matter how fast or slow you are we will
make sure you get the best out 
of yourself.

Meet in car park on Hackett Dve, Crawley. Just north of the Bayside Kitchen &
opposite the Oak Lawn at the University.

This session gets you running longer intervals to improve your ability to run faster for

longer.

7:00-8:00AM   INTERVALS

Meet in car park near corners of Gregory St & Lake Monger Dve (enter off Gregory St).

This session is interval training and aims to improve speed, strength & endurance.

SUNDAY MORNING   
6:30-7:30AM   RUN

No coach is present on Sunday. The run is organised by our members and is posted the day before on a Facebook Group page.

This run in for members who attend other Perth Running Club sessions during the week.
